My name is Justina Loychik, and I founded Jayne of All Trades because I've spent my entire career helping people find solutions.
Throughout my professional journey, I have worked across education, hospitality, marketing, investigations, consulting, and community service. While these industries may seem different on the surface, they all share one common theme: building relationships, solving problems, and connecting people with the resources they need.
Today, I serve as Chief Marketing Officer of Investigations America, where I help drive business development, marketing strategy, community engagement, and organizational growth. Prior to and alongside that role, I built experience as a private investigator, a bartender and event professional with more than twenty years of experience, an educator, tutor, consultant, and community volunteer.
As a licensed teacher, I studied English and education and developed a passion for helping others learn, grow, and succeed. As a private investigator with more than a decade of experience, I learned the importance of trust, attention to detail, professionalism, and accountability. Through hospitality and event work, I developed strong customer service skills and learned how important it is to create positive experiences for clients and guests.
Beyond my professional career, I have remained actively involved in community service and charitable organizations. I have served on nonprofit boards, supported fundraising efforts, attended trade shows on behalf of charitable causes, and worked alongside organizations dedicated to making a difference in their communities. These experiences reinforced my belief that meaningful connections and strong partnerships can create lasting impact.
Over the years, I built relationships with talented professionals from many different industries, including educators, investigators, hospitality specialists, marketers, tradespeople, veterans, former law enforcement professionals, and community advocates. I began to recognize a common challenge: people often struggle to find trustworthy service providers, while qualified professionals struggle to connect with the customers who need them most.
That realization became the foundation for Jayne of All Trades.
What started as an idea has evolved into a service concierge, workforce solutions, and provider marketplace company designed to simplify how people find help. Whether a customer needs event staffing, concierge marketing, educational support, professional services, business assistance, or a trusted referral, Jayne of All Trades provides a single point of contact and a trusted path forward.
